1. Discover

Research is conducted to uncover user needs, business goals and context. This sets the foundation for informed design decisions.

2. Define

Key user pain points and objectives are distilled into clear problem statements, guiding the overall strategy.

3. Ideate

Ideas are translated into wireframes and flows, focusing on usability, content hierarchy and interaction design.

4. Design & Prototype

High-fidelity interfaces are created with attention to detail, visual consistency, accessibility and user feedback loops.

5. Test, Iterate, Launch

Prototypes are validated through testing. Insights help inform refinements.
